Shipping policy

Refund and Returns Policy

At Brain Tech PC (operated by NI INFOTECH LLP), we deal in high-value electronic components and custom PC builds. Due to the nature of these products, we maintain a strict return and replacement policy to ensure quality for all customers.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your product is delivered in a damaged condition, is dead on arrival (DOA), defective, or if you received the wrong product, we are here to help.

  • Reporting Window: You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Requirement: A generic "unboxing video" is compulsory to claim a replacement for missing items, physical damage, or wrong products. The video must be uncut and show the label and seal clearly.
  • Resolution: We will replace the unit. If the specific product is not available at the time of replacement, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Verification: In case of faulty claims, we will arrange a pickup. The product will be tested at our facility. If the product is found to be truly faulty, a replacement will be sent. Note: If the product is found to be working and not faulty after testing, it will be returned to the customer, and shipping charges may apply.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Sealed Products Only)
In limited circumstances, we accept returns for products that are unopened and unused.

  • Condition: The product must be 100% factory sealed.
  • Exclusions: No returns, refunds, or replacements are allowed if you simply dislike the product ("change of mind") or if the factory seal has been opened or tampered with.
  • Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and invoices delivered with the product must be returned in the same condition.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are only processed once the returned products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
  • We inspect the seal and condition. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
